My a/c wasn't working for some time, I drove by and noticed the new business. I called to set up an appointment to look at it and the friendly receptionist said they can look at it now. Nice! Terry found the issue, quoted the price, which was good, and fixed it. Everyone there is professional and personable. I'm going back when I need an oil change.
